Performance Capabilities

Planning toward Total Quality and Integrated Logistic Management (TQILM) program, ISO 9000:2008, we set ourselves apart from other manufacturers by adopting a platform that automates the complete design process to end manufacturing.
Networked computer aided design (CAD) translates customers’ requirements into switchgear layout and control circuit diagrams which are then automatically down-loaded to computer aided man facturing (CAM) sections. These shearing and bending machines.
Surface finishing is perfected through a conveyer lined temperature controlled Electrical Furnace for pre-treatment and high temperature power coating olymerisation.

Our 2 Plants cover total 2.500m3 Located in Batam, PT. I-Tech General Engineering employs machines to enhance our throughout and to handle highly complex and precision sheet metal operations.

Standard IEC 60439-1
• Object
All the elements making up the electrical switchboard are concerned. The object of standard IEC60439-1 is to lay down the definitions and to state the service conditions, construction requirements, technical characteristics and tests for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies (U<1000 V)
• Standard IEC 60439-1 de nes ten mandatory tests
These tests ensure the conformity of the electrical switchboard and are intended to check switchboard characteristics.They must be carried out on complete Assemblies.
